Room service is offered up to mid night.
Early morning breakfast (5.00 A.M) can be provided on request.
CHILDREN POLICY: 4-2 year’s half adult rate if sharing with adult.
PAYMENT POLICY: All accounts are payable at check in.
Payment is acceptable in USD & Kshs. All major credit cards accepted.
Cancellation: 50% of billing rate if cancelled a day before check in date.
                      100% of billing if cancelled on check-in date.

Check Out: 10.00 A.M 11. 00 A.M (Weekends)
Late check out: (½) Half billing rate before 6.00 P.M Full rate after 6.00 P.M

1. Day Conference package @ 1550 per person
The package is inclusive of:

• Conference hall
• 10.00 A.M and 4.00 P.M teas with snacks
• Buffet Lunch
• Mineral water
• A pen & writing pad per person
• Felt pens
• Flip chart
• White boards
• Overhead projector
• T.V.
• Free internet in the conference hall.

2. Residential conferences @ 5,500/- per person
The package is inclusive of:

• Full board accommodation plus conference facilities as mentioned in 1 above.

Extra benefits:-

• Free broadband internet in all rooms and conference halls.
• Use of Gym services free of charge.

  Other equipments for hire:

  1. LCD Projector- Kshs. 4,500/- per day
  2. P.A System- Kshs. 2,000/- per day
  3. Music System- Kshs. 2,500/- per day
